What we collect

Account info (email, company name, license info), the inspection data you create (templates, findings, photos, client name/email/address on inspections you enter), and basic billing info (handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers).

How we use it

Solely to run the service: storing and rendering your reports, generating PDFs, sending report-delivery and account emails, and processing billing. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the subprocessors that run the service: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and Resend (transactional email). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

Export everything from Settings at any time. Request full deletion by emailing us — we delete account data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is legally required.
